Meet our team

It’s no secret that our team members thrive in their roles. This is why.

Our Local Area Coordinators and Community Development Coordinators go so far beyond being planning roles. They are embedded in their community, living out our Feros Care values.

Rich in diversity, many of them also have lived experience of having a disability or caring for someone with a disability. They have personally experienced the challenging times as well as the rewarding times, making them genuinely compassionate, understanding and welcoming to everyone – regardless of their background or individual circumstances.

Get in touch and meet our LACs.

Stories from our team

Mel, Virtual Community Development Coordinator

Mel supports Feros Care in building inclusive communities for people with disability. Her neurodivergence and lived experience of disability allows her to see things that others miss.

Chanelle, HR Assistant

Chanelle balances her university study with her role in our People and Culture team. As a person living with visual impairment, she knows firsthand that everyone is welcome at Feros Care.

Amanda, Culture and Engagement Lead

Amanda is passionate about building an inclusive, diverse environment where everyone feels safe to come to work – and appreciating what each individual can bring to the table.

Our workforce and recruitment policy

Our entire workforce and recruitment policy reflects the diversity of our communities, with inclusivity beginning with our leadership team and feeding down.

We work to openly seek contractors, employees and suppliers with a disability to support our LACs, providing everything from our supporting artwork to our printing, office supplies and more.
