Care@Home Basic
The Care@Home Basic includes 24/7 emergency response monitoring, a base alarm unit and a standard emergency pendant. It's a great cost-effective and easy-to-use solution; additional monitoring devices are able to be added for more enhanced coverage.
Care@Home Family
The Care@Home Family includes 24/7 emergency response monitoring, a base alarm unit, two passive infrared sensors and one door sensor. It features basic passive monitoring and configurable rules around behaviour. The sensors are able to monitor if you're waking up at your regular time each morning, or if you've left a door open (plus much more).
Care@Home Pro
The Care@Home Pro includes 24/7 emergency response monitoring, a base alarm unit, a standard emergency pendant, five passive infrared sensors and two door sensors. This alarm is designed for a single home, alerts are generated when the user deviates from their predicted behaviour.
GPS Pendant
Our GPS Pendant is the ideal solution for people who are looking for flexibility and support on the go. It comes as a monitored solution – monitored by our response team 24/7, combined with 4G cellular and GPS location technology with two-way voice capability so that you're able to call for assistance anywhere within cellular network coverage. Alternatively, if you don’t need 24/7 monitoring, we can setup the pendant to alert your contacts, who will receive a text alert with a GPS location when you press 'SOS'. Your contacts can call the pendant at any time with two-way voice capability as well, or send a text message to 'locate' the pendant.
What are the costs of a personal alarm?
There are many ways to fund a personal alarm. If you are receiving government-funded home care services, ask our team or your service provider about including a Feros Care personal alarm in your package. This means you could have no out-of-pocket expenses. If you're not receiving government-funded home care service, a personal alarm can also be funded privately.
