We are seeking Assistant In Nursing (AIN)/Residential Care Workers to join our team at our vibrant Residential Villages in Bangalow, Byron Bay and Wommin Bay. Our hours on offer are flexible and we can support Casual, Part time, and Full time contracts across Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts.

About the Role:

• Providing personal care services to our residents 
• Assisting with meals and general cleaning 
• Participating in rewarding daily activities 
• Accurate Reporting and Documenting 
• Create positive relationships with our residents to make them feel like they are truly at home

About You:

• A Certificate III or IV (or working towards) in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability
• A current First Aid Certificate (or the willingness to obtain one)
• COVID 19 Vaccinations (including Booster) certification
• Annual Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
• Experience in Medication Endorsement (desirable)
