Paying your old providers exit fees - Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions relate to the "Change Your Home Care Provider Offer" found on these pages.

Switch to Feros Care

Feros Care will credit your Home Care Package as a Transfer Bonus the equivalent amount of the exit fee charged by your existing provider if you are switching from another approved provider to a Home Care Package with Feros Care up to a value of $1,000 (inclusive of GST).

If you leave Feros Care within 12 months of services commencing Feros will recoup the Transfer Bonus credited from any outstanding HCP funding balance (including decease).

If you leave Feros Care after 12 months Feros Care will not seek reimbursement for the Transfer Bonus.

You must provide Feros with a copy of the notice of Unspent Home Care Amount Letter advising of the exit fees charged by the previous provider as evidence. Once this letter is received Feros will credit the client's Home Care Package .
