I want to change from my existing provider to Feros. What do I need to do?

 

Great! We can help you through the process of changing your home care provider to Feros Care. Simply call us on 1300 090 256 or submit an enquiry on our contact form.

There are four main steps involved when changing home care providers:

  1. You need to notify your current provider in writing and confirm a cessation date. We recommend three weeks’ notice to ensure a smooth transition.
  2. You will need to contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 and ask to have your referral code reactivated. Make sure you tell My Aged Care that you would like to transfer to Feros Care.
  3. Once you have reactivated your referral code, please call us on 1300 090 256 with your code and the cessation date agreed with your former service provider.
  4. We will arrange to have your services transferred to Feros. Our Wellbeing Manager will meet with you to discuss what is important to you and get services started.
