What if I can’t afford to pay the residential village fees?
In certain circumstances you may be eligible to apply for financial hardship. It is worth making an appointment with the financial services team at Centrelink to speak to them about it. Their number is 132 300.
Your appointment can be done either by visiting the local Centrelink Office or over the phone.
Centrelink will be able to go through your personal situation and help you with any financial questions.
