What if I don’t like a staff member?

If there is a staff member that you may not like or get along with, we will need to work out if it’s a personality clash or something more serious.

Talk with the registered nurse or care manager so we can work out ways to resolve this.

Our staff and team of volunteers are very respectful and caring, and they do their very best to make you happy.
