Feros Care has partnered with Google to introduce an Australian-first initiative that allows home care customers to self-manage their services through voice-command. Together, our MyFeros self-service portal and Google Assistant’s cutting-edge technology help you live at home longer, regardless of age or ability.

MyFeros is a self-service portal, which allows Feros Care clients to easily manage and oversee their home package funding and different services. With Google Assistant technology, MyFeros clients will now pilot accessing and managing their funding package by simple voice command.
Paired and configured with a Google Home device, MyFeros users will be able to ask Google for confirmation of their services or appointments, ask for new services to be booked, or contact Feros Care straight away – from the comfort of their chairs!
