How do I get approved for a Home Care Package?

To get approved for Home Care Package (HCP) services, you need to register with the Government’s My Aged Care. If you phone us on 1300 090 256, we can complete a referral to My Aged Care to get the process started.

There are five easy steps in the process:

  1. Register with My Aged Care
  2. My Aged Care will assess your needs in your home
  3. Prepare your finances
  4. Select a provider
  5. Start Services
